A renewable energy company seeking a dynamic sales professional to capture new business opportunities and develop customer relationships in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales within the PV sector and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. This role demands strong negotiation skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to meet sales targets and improve the company's market share.
Competenze
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry required.
- Proficiency in English and local language necessary.
- Experience in multinational companies is a must.

Responsibilities
- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customer
- Improve market share
- Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and Account receivable collections on time
- 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and communication, improve the brand image
- Monitoring competitors’ pricing, NPIs and strategies
- Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback the front-line information
- Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Qualifications
- 1、Bachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fields
- 2、Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- 3、3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable Energy industry
- 4、Experience in working for multinational companies, global mindset
- 5、Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
- 6、PV technical background is a plus
- 7、Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player
- 8、Strong negotiation and communication skills, can influence different customer level from procurement team to C-suite
- 9、A fast learner with street smart

- 1、Proficiency both in written and spoken in English and local language
- 2、Able to travel on a regular basis and / or abroad in a short notice
