A leading electronics company seeks a Sales Manager in Italy to develop business for DC/EC fan and Thermal Products. This role emphasizes revenue generation, account expansion, and collaboration with distributors and OEMs. Candidates should have extensive B2B sales experience in electro-mechanical components, knowledge of fan technologies, and proficiency in Italian and English. The position is full-time, based in Milano, with no remote work options.

Competenze

  • At least 5-10 years B2B sales experience in electro-mechanical components or thermal solutions.
  • Working knowledge of fans (DC or EC), motors airflow/pressure curves, acoustics and basic controls.
  • Proven record of design-in/spec wins and year-over-year growth with OEMs or Tier-1s.
  • Strong internal cross-department communication.
  • Languages: Italian (native/near-native) and English (professional).
  • Valid B driver’s license; travel 40-60%.

Mansioni

  • Build and execute an Italian go-to-market plan; prioritize verticals.
  • Source new opportunities and expand existing key accounts.
  • Drive specs, coordinate samples from concept to MP.
  • Capture requirements and align with customer Product/R&D.
  • Run weekly actions, track KPIs, and deliver on targets.
