Summary: Sales Development Representative (SDR) qualifies leads and prospects and can as well develop leads. You'll initiate first contact, conduct outreach, and set up meetings for BDMs. Your work lays the foundations for BDMs interactions.

Functional Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and generate leads and prospects through various sources.
  • Interact with new prospects and existing clients (via telephone and e‑mail) to qualify and process leads for sales opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Set appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets by qualifying leads and synchronizing with the needs of the team.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Keep up to date with the ESET product set, effectively communicate the value proposition and react to objections and competitive questions.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
  • Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field or relevant sales skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience 5 years of work experience.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to effectively represent the company.
    • Maintain a high level of expertise about the company's products or services to confidently inform and persuade potential clients.
