Sales and Performance Analyst – Mobility Aftermarket

Robert Bosch Italy is looking for a Business Analyst, Sales and Performance to join the Mobility Aftermarket sales team. This role plays a strategic part in managing and optimizing KPIs, supporting the sales team with a data-driven approach, and driving customer-centric strategic planning.

Career Development Opportunity: This position is designed with a clear development path. Starting with a focus on creating and automating dashboards to support sales performance analysis, the role will progressively evolve towards managing the digital sales channel, supporting customer offers activities, and ultimately growing into a Junior Sales position with direct customer responsibilities.

Throughout this evolution, the ownership of dashboard maintenance and performance reporting will remain a core responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the control tower for business KPIs.
  • Proactively monitor, manage, and update key performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Administration and Finance departments to manage performance indicators.
Performance Planning & Analysis
  • Support the Sales Director in setting performance targets and tracking business opportunities.
  • Serve as Key User for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage Sales Performance Dashboards, analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product.
  • Analyze results and propose strategic and corrective actions.
  • Monitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact.
  • Identify best practices and share them within the team.
  • Manage the sales module of the pricing tool to propose special deals.
New Market Launch & Support
  • Conduct geomarketing activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions.
  • Act as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales for price benchmarking initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, and Google Suite, programming languages.
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
