Job summary

Team.Blue is seeking a Portfolio Sales Advisor to partner with CEOs and Heads of Sales across a SaaS portfolio. You will diagnose gaps in go-to-market strategies and accelerate leadership development, embedding with one or two companies to uplift ICP, segmentation, pipeline, and forecasting.

You will coach executives to implement durable improvements rather than handing over artifacts, develop sales leaders, and transfer best-in-class practices across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred for senior roles

Responsibilities

• Diagnose GTM across one or two portfolio companies, assessing ICP, segmentation, pipeline, forecasting and revenue leaks
• Coach and collaborate with CEOs and Heads of Sales to drive durable improvements rather than delivering artifacts
• Develop sales leaders within client companies to elevate performance and build scalable practices
• Transfer and apply best-in-class sales practices across the portfolio to amplify effective methods
• Provide honest, data-driven assessments of each company’s status and potential interventions
