Job summary

team.blue is seeking a Portfolio Sales Advisor to diagnose and improve GTM across a portfolio of SaaS businesses. You will embed with CEOs and Heads of Sales to fix gaps, build capabilities, and drive better sales outcomes across multiple companies.

This remote-friendly, full-time role offers broad influence, flexible engagement, and the chance to develop leaders across the portfolio while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• +10 years as senior sales leader in B2B SaaS within Europe.
• Proven advisory coaching abilities with CEO-level credibility.
• Familiar with modern sales ops and leading indicators.
• Willing to travel and spend time inside client companies.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose go-to-market for 1–2 portfolio companies over several months.
• Coach CEOs and Heads of Sales to fix gaps and build missing capabilities.
• Develop leaders and embed external best practices across the portfolio.
• Provide clear performance reads and guidance to the division.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
