Job summary

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is hiring a Business Development Manager based in Rome to grow our restaurant partner network. You will report to the Sales Lead and help build relationships with premium Italian restaurants and stores.

You will map prospects, pitch Deliveroo technology, support partners joining the platform, and push for new revenue opportunities while navigating negotiations. Fluency in Italian and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to restaurants and partners.
• Able to demonstrate product and industry knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation with partners.

Responsibilities

• Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants in region.
• Support partners in joining Deliveroo.
• Communicate with restaurants via visits, email, calls or social media.
• Help owners/managers overcome barriers.
• Attend restaurant and food meet-ups.
