Job summary

Deliveroo, part of DoorDash, is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Rome to help grow relationships with premium restaurants and stores in Italy. You will join the regional sales team, report to the Sales Lead, and play a key role in developing new partnerships and driving revenue growth.

You'll map prospects, pitch Deliveroo capabilities, negotiate terms, and support partners throughout onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in targeting new business and selling to partners.
• Ability to communicate with partners face-to-face, by phone or email.
• Experience demonstrating product knowledge to clients.

Responsibilities

• Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across the region.
• Support partners in joining Deliveroo and onboarding.
• Communicate with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology.
• Negotiate and overcome barriers with restaurant owners/managers.
• Attend restaurant and food meet-ups to build relationships.
