A leading luxury retail brand is seeking a Retail Supply Planner in Milan. This role entails developing replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability across stores. The candidate should possess a Master's degree in Business Management and 4–6 years of relevant experience in retail supply and logistics. Strong communication skills and fluency in Italian and English are essential. The position offers a dynamic work environment focused on service and action.
The Retail Supply Planner contributes to the performance of the stores and the quality of service to our clients by ensuring a coherent assortment and the right level of stock in the stores of our region. He/She will be responsible for the replenishment strategy between the Local Distribution Center (LDC) and the stores, optimizing stock levels through reorders and stock rebalancing. The objective is to ensure the right product is available at the right time to support sales.
The Retail Supply Planner will be part of the Retail Merchandising team of Italy and will report to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager. He/She will work closely with the Retail Merchandising team, Operations, store stock managers, and logistics teams.
