• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Commercio.
• Solid understanding of retail dynamics and workforce planning.

• Manage the full payroll cycle for all retail stores.
• Oversee time-tracking systems in alignment with retail scheduling.
• Support Store Managers with HR matters like onboarding and performance.
