Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor activity, guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales through superior customer experience. You will support store operations, control inventory, and maintain brand standards on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and collaboration within the store leadership team, with a focus on delivering a premium customer journey. 40 hours/week, weekend availability required.

Formación

• Education- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience- At least 1 year preferred.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Italian required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture.
