Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is a global omnichannel retailer seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience.

As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates and help drive store performance on the floor through exceptional service and team achievement. You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports to inform decisions, protect assets, and represent the brand and values.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Retail experience- at least 1 year preferred
• Supervisor/Managerial experience not required
• Fluent English and Italian (CEFR B2) required

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and embody Company Culture and Values.
