Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Italy is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a superior in-store experience. You will open/close routines, operate the POS, and support Omni Channel orders.

Strong communication in English and Italian, a year of retail experience, fashion awareness, and energetic, proactive teamwork are required. This role reports to Store Leadership and offers a competitive starting rate with incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience is required.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Italian is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions and protect store assets.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
