Abercrombie & Fitch Italia SRL is looking for a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. This role acts as a Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving store performance through excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have fluency in English and Italian, a strong customer focus, and a solid understanding of current fashion trends. The position offers a starting annual rate of €29,691 and benefits such as a quarterly incentive program and merchandise discounts.
