Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to safeguard the in-store experience, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales while ensuring smooth floor operations.

You will participate in opening/closing routines, manage omni-channel orders, maintain displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand values. Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2) is required; 20+ hours weekly with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred (at least 1 year).
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Italian required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
