Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive customer experience and daily sales. You will guide opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni-Channel orders, and maintain brand standards.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, visual displays, and analyzing reports to inform store decisions while protecting assets and upholding company culture and values.
