Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent in-store experiences and daily sales performance.

The role sits in a leadership team focused on customer experience and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing inventory, and executing visual displays while maintaining strong customer focus and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience: 1 year preferred.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Italian required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
