Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience on the sales floor in Italy. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep operations running smoothly and support daily sales targets.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of retail experience. CEFR B2 fluency in English and Italian is required, with a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused mindset. 40 hours per week with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CEFR B2 level in English and Italian required.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead store floor operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-channel orders and drive on-floor sales.
• Maintain product knowledge, brand awareness and visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform store decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
