Mangia's Favignana is looking for a Life Resort Manager who leads the overall guest experience, blending hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle in line with brand standards. They coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver memorable, tailored stays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full guest experience, integrating hospitality, wellness, activities, and lifestyle services
  • Coordinate departments (front office, spa, F&B, outdoor activities, guest relations) to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Design tailored experiential programs aligned with brand identity and guest expectations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, packages, and lifestyle initiatives
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver empathetic, proactive, and memorable service
Requirements
  • Proven managerial experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or wellness properties
  • Strong guest‑centric approach, personalization skills, and attention to detail
  • Cross‑functional expertise in hospitality, wellness, events, and communication
  • Empathetic leadership and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent command of English and preferably a second language
