Job summary

SAN SONNEA is seeking a service-oriented Reservations Agent to assist guests with personalized advice and actively sell rooms, suites, and experiences in an upscale setting. You will handle reservations across channels, optimize occupancy, and maintain data accuracy to high standards.

fluently communicate in German, Italian, and English, and demonstrate a professional, organized approach with strong MS Office and hotel management system skills.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in reservations, sales, or front office is a plus.
• Strong willingness to upsell and provide personalized guest advice.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized advice to guests and actively selling rooms and experiences.

Job description

To strengthen our Sales & Reservations team, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and well-organized Reservations Agent (m/f/d) who stands out through professionalism and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

YOUR TASKS:

• Providing personalized advice to our guests and actively selling rooms, suites, and customized vacation experiences
• Receiving and processing individual reservations through all channels
• Reviewing incoming reservations and actively managing bookings and changes
• Continuously monitoring availability and ensuring optimal occupancy
• Carefully maintaining reservation data and adhering to our quality standards
• Actively upselling and cross-selling additional services

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
• Professional experience in reservations, sales, or front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector
• Enthusiasm for selling exclusive hotel stays and providing personalized advice to our guests
• Commitment to the upscale hospitality sector
• An independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
• Strong communication skills, consulting expertise, and a friendly, professional approach
• A solution-oriented and articulate approach in conversational situations
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and ASA Hotel or comparable hotel management systems
• Very good written and spoken German, Italian, and English
