Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with hardware systems in the medical device industry and some application knowledge to become a subject-matter expert across immunoassays, troubleshooting, and customer support.

This role is remote with travel within Europe around 70% of the time, and comes with CCNL Terziario level 2 classification, a base

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems.
• Experience in diagnostics or medical devices is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems and peripherals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with on-site or remote assistance as needed.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product line, specifications, functionalities, and common issues.
• Monitor support metrics to identify trends and improve service efficiency and cost of parts.
