Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist. You will provide expert hardware support for diagnostic systems and assist customers via remote or on-site visits across Europe.

This role requires 70% travel and fluency in English and Italian. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical support for medical device hardware, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of immunoassay hardware.

Competenze

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support for hardware in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems.
