Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on expert troubleshooting and proactive service for diagnostic hardware and immunoassay platforms across Europe.

Remote-based with travel around 70% to client sites; requires 3+ years in hardware support in medical devices; fluent English and Italian; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• At least 3 years in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
