Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our Europe-based team. The role focuses on expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware and associated immunoassay applications, with remote work and travel across Europe.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in hardware-focused technical support within medical devices, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support with hardware systems in medical device/diagnostics.
• Proficient in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of diagnostic hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex hardware issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Italian.

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems (instruments and peripherals).
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with local engineers for on-site or virtual support.
