Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Applications Specialist (FAS) to install, calibrate and maintain diagnostic instrumentation in hospital and stand-alone laboratory settings across Italy, including the Rome area. This role is part of the European Implementation Team and reports to the Field Application Manager, with extensive field travel and direct impact on patient health.

Competenze

• University degree and minimum 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third European language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Install and maintain Beckman Coulter Diagnostics instrumentation in hospital and lab environments.
• Provide excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting and training.
• Resolve customer issues, verify data quality and system performance, and maintain logs.
• Support revenue growth and contract retention through professional service.
