Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide expert-level support for diagnostic hardware and immunoassay systems across Europe, combining hardware troubleshooting with application knowledge to become a subject-matter expert.
This remote role requires 3+ years in technical support, a Biomedical Engineering or related degree, and fluent English and Italian.
Competenze
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and Italian.
Mansioni
- Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, instruments, peripherals.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with local engineers for on-site visits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the diagnostic hardware product line, specifications, functionalities, and common issues.
- Monitor support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement on service efficiency and cost of parts.
