Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support for immunoassay hardware across Europe. The role is remote-based with travel ~70% to client sites. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair devices, becoming a subject‑matter expert and driving service efficiency.

The position emphasizes strong communication in English and Italian and a commitment to high customer satisfaction and product performance.

Competenze

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support for hardware in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Solid understanding of diagnostic hardware systems, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical info to non-technical users in English and Italian.
