Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Manager Field Service to lead Italy's national Service and Field Applications teams, ensuring exceptional customer support while driving growth and profitability.

You will manage over 100 staff through Field Service Area Managers and Field Application Managers, shape national service strategy, and align with quality, regulatory, and safety standards to deliver best-in-class customer experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in Medical Diagnostics or Life Sciences with leadership in Field Service/Field Applications.
• Proven track record leading managers with geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel nationally up to 50%; valid driver's license.

• Lead and develop the national Service and Field Applications organization across Italy.
• Drive customer satisfaction, service quality and base business retention.
• Define and execute the national service strategy with KPIs and productivity targets.
