Sysmex Italia s.r.l. in Milano is seeking a Field Application Specialist to lead after-sales activities and provide application support for the diagnostic portfolio.

You will promote the portfolio with account managers and participate in account planning and tender preparations, while ensuring high customer satisfaction across the contract duration. The role requires a biology/medical degree, fluency in English, and hands-on knowledge of laboratory procedures.

Competenze

• University degree in biology or medical fields (PhD is a plus).
• Proficient with Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Languages: fluent English.

Mansioni

• Promote Sysmex Portfolio and Services together with Account Managers.
• Be part of the Account Team and participate to the definition and execution of the Account Plan.
• Lead post-sales support and training in the laboratory setting.
• Provide high quality sales support with technical discussions, seminars, and roundtables.
• Plan demonstrations of Sysmex solutions and manage field activities.
