Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will focus on immunoassay hardware and related applications across Europe, performing troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of diagnostic hardware while driving proactive service improvements.
You will work remotely with about 70% travel to client sites, collaborating with local engineers and customers, and communicating in English and
Competenze
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in technical support for hardware in diagnostics/medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication, English and Italian.
Mansioni
- Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with local engineer support via virtual or on-site visits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of diagnostic hardware products, specs and common issues.
- Monitor support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service efficiency and cost reduction.
