Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist. The role focuses on providing expert-level support for diagnostic hardware and immunoassay systems across Europe, with remote work and substantial travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in technical support for diagnostic hardware, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to convey technical info to non-technical users in English and Italian.
• Ability to work remotely with travel across Europe ~70%.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems and associated peripherals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with local engineers for on-site support as needed.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of diagnostic hardware and immunoassay systems, including specs and common issues.
