Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with hardware systems in the Medical Device industry and some application knowledge to become a subject-matter expert across immunoassays, troubleshooting, and customer support.

Competenze

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or IT.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic hardware installation, maintenance and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, including instruments and peripherals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with local engineers for on-site or remote visits.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product line, specifications, and common issues.
• Monitor support metrics and identify trends to improve service efficiency and parts costs.
