Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The role covers troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of diagnostic hardware across Europe, with ~70% travel and remote work.

You will work to optimize service efficiency, provide expert technical guidance, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements include a degree in a related field and 3+ years in hardware support for medical devices.

Competenze

• 3+ years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex hardware issues.
• Clear written and spoken communication to non-technical users in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, instruments, devices and peripherals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with local engineers for on-site or remote support.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and deliver training as needed.
