Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diagnostic hardware and immunoassay knowledge, delivering timely remote and on-site support across Europe.

This remote role requires travel around 70% to client sites, with English and Italian communication skills. We offer a competitive gross salary of €40,000–€55,000 plus benefits, including enhanced pension,

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong problem solving and ability to convey technical information to non-technical users in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems and peripherals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support field engineers with on-site or virtual visits.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of diagnostic hardware and immunoassay systems.
• Monitor support metrics to identify trends and drive service efficiency.
