Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with hardware systems in the medical device industry and some application knowledge to become a subject-matter expert across immunoassays, troubleshooting, and customer support.

This role is remote-based with travel in Europe required, around 70% of the time.

Competenze

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in the diagnostics or medical device industry.
Strong understanding of diagnostic hardware systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, including instruments, devices, and related peripherals.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries when local engineer needs support through virtual or on-site visits.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the diagnostic hardware product line, including specifications and common issues.
Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in service efficiency and cost of parts.
