Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on troubleshooting and support for diagnostic hardware across Europe, with remote-based work and ~70% travel to client sites.

You'll need a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or IT, 3+ years in technical support for medical devices, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in the diagnostics or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic hardware systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users in English and Italian.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with on-site or remote support across Europe.
