Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on expert-level support for diagnostic hardware and immunoassay systems, with emphasis on troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service across Europe.

The candidate should have 3+ years in technical support for medical device hardware, strong English and Italian communication, and be prepared for remote work with 70% travel to client sites

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication.
• Fluent English and Italian; able to convey complex information to non-technical users.
