Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Hardware Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for diagnostic hardware systems. The ideal candidate has extensive hardware experience in the Medical Device industry and will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role is remote-based, requiring travel across Europe approximately 70% of the time. Qualifications include at least 3 years of technical support experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills in both English and Italian.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support with hardware systems.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic hardware systems for installation and maintenance.
• Fluency in English and Italian to communicate technical information effectively.
