Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on providing expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, including instruments and peripherals, with immunoassay knowledge considered a plus.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hardware, while engaging customers across Europe and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Competenze

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with hardware systems.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Italian.
