Job summary

Fh Collective Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience professional to join a remote team based in Greece. This role combines remote work with full relocation support for EU candidates.

You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, participate in training, and help users with account issues and platform queries. Relocation covers flights, hotel, and pickup; a performance bonus up to 10% is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset and passion for helping others.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
