FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Experience agents to join our remote team in Greece. You'll provide support via phone, email, and chat, handling account issues and platform queries with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Relocation support within the EU is provided, along with full training paid from day one and a performance bonus up to 10%. The role offers a 5-day workweek with rotating shifts and a strong emphasis on multilingual, multicultural collaboration.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Solutions-driven mindset and genuine passion for helping others
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team
• No prior experience required — full training provided

Mansioni

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems
