FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking individuals to join our remote Customer Experience Project in Greece. This role combines international teamwork with full relocation support for those moving to Greece.

You will provide support via phone, email, and chat in Italian, handle account issues, and log inquiries in our CRM. Full training is provided from day one, with a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid 14 times a year, plus a bonus of up to 10%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset and willingness to help others.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments.
• No prior experience required — full training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian).
• Assist with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Log interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems.
• Meet standard team productivity and quality targets.
