FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Experience staff for a remote role based in Greece. You will provide support across phone, email, and chat, handling account issues and platform queries with high service quality, while collaborating with a multicultural team.

Training is fully provided, and relocation support is offered for EU candidates. A dynamic benefit package includes a monthly base salary, performance bonus, and full onboarding from day one.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills required.
• Solutions-driven mindset and passion for helping others.
• Comfortable with digital tools and multi-screen setups.
• No prior experience required — full training provided.
