FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Experience professionals to join our remote team in Greece. No prior experience required, full training provided, and relocation support for EU candidates.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Italian, assist with account issues, and log interactions in our CRM. The role offers a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid 14 times a year, plus a bonus of up to 10%, with relocation benefits.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level is required.
• Good English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
