WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece, delivering excellent customer service to an international audience. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The role includes paid training, a competitive salary (€1,050 gross/month paid 14 times per year), and full relocation support for EU movers, with the chance to grow in a diverse, multicultural team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level and English at least B2+ required for training.
• Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
