WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team working fully remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, deliver an excellent customer experience and document interactions in the CRM.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary package (€1,050 gross per month with 14 salaries) and full relocation support for EU movers.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work remotely and handle multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM.
