WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international remote team. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email and chat, providing solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction while working from Greece.

This fully remote role offers paid training from day one, rotation shifts, and a 10% performance bonus. EU relocation support is available for those relocating from another EU country, with a multinational working environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
