WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and resolving issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is required, as fully paid training is provided. The role offers a 100% remote setup with a multinational team and relocation support for EU moves, plus a performance bonus potential.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal comms.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand platform features.
