WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team, working fully remotely from Greece. You will communicate with customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality experience while solving problems and guiding users through our platform.

Paid training is provided, with a competitive salary package and full relocation support for EU movers.

Competenze

Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
English B2+ for training and internal communication.
Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

Mansioni

Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
