WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. If you’re fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and enjoy helping customers, join an international team delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role includes paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support for EU movers, with rotations 08:00–00:00 and 5 days a week. You’ll support customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
